I will update this review if needed after a couple of weeks of using this product. It seems to be working for me. I don't get upset stomach from eating dairy but it makes my face flush and gives me terrible acne. I've been taking this as directed the last 3 days when I've had dairy 1 or 2 times and no flushing. My skin looks great so far. Will know within a few days if this is really working but so far I'm really encouraged that I'll be able to consume dairy occasionally without skin flare ups. Really excited to have found this product! Works well for me, no stomach discomfort, easy to take on the go. Strength is just right for my needs. Awesome product!

Works much better than Lactaid for me. I'm not intolerant of milkfat or protein but the lipase and protease included in this supplement seems to help liberate all the lactose from dairy during digestion so the lactase enzyme can react more completely

For me, this product is about the same as other products you often see in a supermarket, it is neither superior nor inferior. Maybe it’s because I only have problems with lactose, but not with proteins and fats in milk. If you also have problems with digesting proteins and fats in milk, maybe this product will work better for you.

If you're looking for another lactose enzyme because regular ones are working for digesting Milk Stouts, I'm sorry. I'm lactose intolerant and I normally use Lactaid or some generic equivalent that I can never remember the name of. I'm fine with cheese and most creams in small to moderate amounts but if I drink milk or beverages containing milk I experience symptoms. Lately, I have discovered the wonderful world of Milk Stouts. They are delicious. The only problem is they wreak havoc on my digestive system, and I always assumed this was due to my lactose intolerance. I've tried several different lactose enzyme brands and they all seem to do the same thing for me. I really haven't noticed a difference using this one VS using Lactaid or another generic version. I'm going to start having to do some research to get to the bottom of what actually is in Milk Stouts that gives me problems. I've seen people reporting the same experiences on the interwebs, but I'm starting to think it's not related to the lactose content. As far as a digestive aid for lactose, this works just fine but it's nothing special. I still perfer other brands just because they come in more convenient packaging.

This product helps me digest foods containing lactose. I take 1 tablet before eating ice cream, yogurt, cottage cheese & any other food containing lactose. It keeps me from getting an upset stomach.

I decided to try these, because they were cheaper than Lactaid products, and they were on sale. I'm very happy that I did. These work great, and the capsule is very easy to take. I can eat ice cream with no issue with these!

After 15 years I switched to Now from Lactaid a few months ago. I don’t eat dairy daily but when I do, this brand holds up well. I don’t have to have a serving with each meal like I had to with most of the other dairy digestive products. 2 capsules with first serving of dairy is all I need for 24hrs. This is what works for me. Some may need 1 capsule per serving as directed. Even so, it’s about half the cost with better ingredients. Give it a few servings if you’re used to a particular brand. There may be a slight adjustment period.

I really wanted to live these dairy digest complete pills. Unfortunately, after trying multiple times and adding more pills each time, they really do not do as intended. I’ve taken 6 pills before drinking milk and still had dairy issues. The plus part of these pills is that they are very small. As of today, I probably will not order again. Maybe if you lactose intolerance is minimum they would work.
