Incredibly in depth! Wonderful!
This book is so in depth and really leaves no stone unturned for performance! I'm a trainee Strength & Conditioning Coach and this book is really breaking down the content of my course in an easy to understand manner. This is an excellent resources for fitness professionals, coaches, and athletes! I will definitely be referring back to it often!I will add that although it's easy to understand for a fitness professional, I do suggest having at least a basic understanding of fitness if you're going to read this book. Everything is well explained, but if you're not already a fitness enthusiast then you're going to want to Google some things. If you don't mind doing that, you're going to learn a lot!

the book was ok. be me being a master chek.practitioner and personal for 22 years the book no much practical experience of working with many athletes and lot of the infor in book was just from google and pubmed th book lacked training with athletes to have real life experience I feel with my 22 years and 919 book read but was great gift from my Frend

Information I wish I had in my 20’s!
This book is great and broken down so even I can understand the importance of proper training. While I am 49 and beginning way too late in life… I believe this information is powerful at any age! Never too late to train properly!
