A must have for retrofitting!
This is something you have to buy when retrofitting your headlights/tail lights to get them to seal back up properly. I made the mistake of not using this stuff when I opened up my headlights for the 1st time and ended up with all kinda of condensation in them. So I ordered this stuff and opened my headlights back up and put this stuff on them before putting the front back on and now I have crystal clear headlights! Be careful because this stuff is super sticky but it works really good. I had enough for both headlights and then had a good bit leftover, probably enough for a 3rd headlight.

Tricky for first time headlight seal.
Once you shove your headlight lens onto your housing, that’s pretty much the end of it coming off again…so take your time. I suggest placing the black goop strip in the headlight housing channel and putting headlights into oven for 10 min on lowest (sub 200 degrees F). Take out and set headlight lens into headlight. It will give you the best chance at creating a good seal. Unfortunately, somehow some condensation got into my headlights after sealing and being very meticulous! I was pissed after all the work. I suggest buying “loctite water sealant silicone” and applying a bead around after you’ve done the best you can using this rubber strip just for extra precaution because I wish I would’ve the first time before finding condensation after a rainy day. Do not use silicone to seal the entire headlight.
