I’ve been using this product for almost two years now with great results. I actually watched muscles appear more defined after a gradual loss of body fat within the first couple months of taking this. I had to temporarily switch brands when they were out of stock over Christmas and I noticed the body fat coming back almost immediately. The capsule looks a little big, but because they are a squishy smooth gel cap, they are easy to swallow.

Hard to swallow due to size, however working an extremely physical job, this supplement gives me the energy to get through the day.
