This Doorway Pull Up Bar is good quality and very sturdy and can easily support an adult.The only thing to keep in mind is that while it says it’s adjustable from 100 cm to 150 cm, it’s actually around 103 cm due to the additional wall brackets.

After just a few days, my 3.5 yo's favorite place in the house is this swing. He's a sensory-seeker and loves spinning, jumping, and swinging, so it's great to have a place for him to move his body like this in our apartment. With that said, it wasn't straightforward to get it fit correctly. After measuring our hallway (about 107 cm), we ordered the 100-150cm size. However, it was too long for our space - the bar simply couldn't twist small enough AND also have enough on the end to fit safely into the wall pads. Plus it didn't come with instructions. Thankfully we were able to return it past our return window due to the fact that it didn't fit (Thanks Amazon!). We ordered the smaller size hoping that at its largest it would be able to fit our 107cm hallway. This package DID come with instructions, but they were in Mandarin. Unfortunately we weren't able to extend the rod long enough to fit our hallway, but we were able to fit it in a doorway instead. It took two times installing it - it slipped but didn't fall the first time. So the second time we used all of our body weight to twist it tight. Two or three days in, it's supported my toddler swinging pretty vigorously and supported at least 90kg of adult weight hanging. It took a lot of effort, but we're happy with it in the end, especially at the price. The wall pads are really grippy and the locking system is secure. Too bad about the large size not being small enough for its stated dimensions. We were lucky we had an alternative space for the shorter one to fit.

It works as decribed but really need to tighten well to make sure it stays. Have been using it for almost a year i think and my kids loves it

Keep moving and not stable.The instruction manual written in Chinese even after I translated it was hard to fix
