Was initially skepitcal about the diference as a long-time taker of tumeric. Did notice a much faster effectiveness with inflammation, energy and digestive health. Has no flavor

Please stop manufacturing with the gelatin capsules and replace with a vegetarian-friendly alternative.Removing the inside contents makes such a mess.

Been using the product for years it work

Started using this product about a year ago at the suggestion of my very smart wife, a pharmacist. Her seminar CE's impressed many with the results achieved from the BCM-95 process of making the curcumin so bio-available. I had always used turmeric on morning poached eggs and any evening salads I consumed. Always liked a variety of spices on salads knowing that turmeric was a "plus" item to have often. Any zones of inflammation were dramatically reduced. If there are any persistent areas of discomfort then I move on to Curamin.As with any supplement, do your research. Think. No, I mean REALLY think about what it is you wish to accomplish with your supplements. Have a goal. Even if it is just overall well being by keeping down the inflammation (do research the various types and levels of what general inflammation can cause), then this BCM-95 processed curcumin should be in your daily intake. Certainly every other day if you need to stretch out your cash.Also, our elderly, 125lb male German Shepherd, has had remarkable turn around with his inflammation zones. Our veterinarian has been quite impressed with results. As with the wife and I, when pain is noticed/felt in Duke's ability to get up and walk, we sprinkle one or two capsules of Curamin on his food. Yea, I know, the review is about CuraMed, but the two products ARE RELATED. The change is , well, if you have ever had an elder dog and watch their efforts to walk, curcumin in Curamin is better than Rimadyl and light years safer.
