I've been vegan for over 5 years and I hate taking pills. This is an all-in-one solution and it's MADE FOR VEGANS! I waited to post this review until after finishing an entire box. Grabbing one of these on my way out the door has been so much more convenient than popping pills in the morning. The taste is excellent considering the amount of vitamins and nutrients your getting in such a small amount of gel. Overall, I have felt more alert throughout the day and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a pill alternative. It is worth the cost for the convenience and increased absorption.

I’ve always taken supplements but just recently decided to go vegan and this makes it easier. PROS: Tastes like peach cobbler, surprisingly good straight up, also good in smoothies Good amounts of things I may be short on in my plant-based diet like B12, D3, Choline, Omega-3 Love that they add amino acids Convenient More energy (not sure why, maybe boost of B12) CONS: I wish they had more iron (13% DV is ok, but with maximum gel absorption, maybe I’m absorbing more than tablets that pack in more iron) A little pricey (although if you buy bunch of things separately, it may cost you more)

Love this vitamin! It’s so easy to carry with you and take. Normally, I’m really good at taking the pills, but I start to gag in them when I take them longer than a week. After that, I would stop taking them. Finally, a vitamin I will consistently take. The taste isn’t bad. It still has a minor vitamin flavor, but I just remember my old college days and take it like a shot. Within 30 minutes, I feel my energy increase and more alert. My energy lasts all day and I can get things done in the afternoon without needing a nap. Don’t get me wrong, if I wanted to sleep, I could. I just don’t feel that exhaustion. I’ve also let a couple of my coworkers try it and they started buying them too. BTW, it’s not just for vegans or people following a plant based diet. If you look at the ingredients, they are the same as the regular multivitamin. I just like these better cuz they have the Omega 3’s.

I love these and have used them for a long time, even after the redesign and reformulation. But this batch had a strong almost fishy taste, really bad. Something off with the Omega oils used in it maybe? Hoping the next batch is not like this because it's a great product otherwise... (code on the bottom 1009Y51847A H12D, Best by 10/09/2026)

Product is ok, but I don't feel a difference. I'm going back to my original multivitamin, that was out of stock when I ordered this one.
