We love this salt! We’ve been using this salt brand for a few months. For some reason it doesn’t raise my father’s BP and we think it’s because it’s so flavorful that you don’t need a lot or that it’s just good quality salt. Really makes a difference in dishes. The kind of salt used in cooking is also what makes the meal.

I ordered two jars of Papa Vince Trapani salt. LOVED IT! It tastes so clean and wonderful. And the texture is lovely. So much better than the salt we get here in the US. I have tried many different salts but must say that I really really enjoyed this salt. The best salt comes from Trapani! Good salt makes all the difference! So, thank you very much. I will be purchasing more for my sons (one is a chef and the other a great cook!) this week. Thank you.

The salt has a very nice flavor and works with any food. I like that it isn’t processed. Good quality salt. Happy to purchase again.

My wife is Italian and a snob when it comes to salt. Recently, I ordered Papa Vince’s Sea Salt (harvested in Trapani, Sicily). I can’t tell you how amazing this product is - we love it! It’s robust and amazingly enhances the flavor of anything it’s used on. We use it on anything savory and even sprinkle on fresh fruit. We will, definitely, recommend this product and the company (as they have many other great items) to our friends and family!

=Trapani Salt provides a wonderful additive to fresh pasta, vegetables and fruit. On two of my favorite summer recipes – raw tomato sauce on spaghetti and on a fresh peach and blue crab salad, the salt added just before serving or at the table, brings out the flavors in a way no other salt can. The tomatoes burst with sunshine. When used on the crab and peach salad, the salt pulls out the ripe rich flavors of both peaches and crab. It is a wonderful finishing table salt.I use it as a finishing salt for pasta, vegetables, meats and salads. I use less salt cooking so that I can add this wonderful salt just before dining. It provides the perfect touch.

Product is fresh and tastes awesome. I just wish it had a filter on the top to make it easier to shake onto food.

I've been a baker for quite a while - over the years I've become a total snob about the brand of flour that I use, the type of butter, the water for my sourdough starter ... but not about salt. A couple of months ago I looked at my carton of Morton salt and wondered why I hadn't looked for a better salt. After reading the reviews for this salt, I thought I'd give it a try. It's really THAT good ... I've already used one and a half jars of the stuff for both baking and regular cooking. It's amazing stuff. Give it a try and I think you'll be hooked, just like I am.
