Bought this as a replacement for the original filter and it was very difficult to screw it in. Did not test the quality of water so can’t comment on that

Easy to replace, I just wish the outer part (not included in this listing) came in black when I bought it a few years ago. Now it does, so I might replace my chrome one. The nasty water and dirt particles that came out of this thing when I replaced it must be an indication that it does its job!
