Mooshka Girls Doll - Nessa

I've now bought 3 Nessa Mooshka dolls! The first I bought in a store when I was getting ready to take the pacifier away. My daughter was almost two and only used her binky at naps and night time. I wanted her to have a new Lovie to comfort her when she didn't have her binky. I specifically picked this Mooshka because she had the darkest skin tone of all in the store. The doll doesn't have super dark skin, but it's not alabaster like the other dolls. I felt that my daughter would relate and bond better with a doll that looked more like her. I also really liked that the doll had pink hair. Not a huge fan of pink, but I like that it shows more diversity and that it's ok to have non-natural color hair.When I gave my girl the doll, she really took to it. Nessa went everywhere with her. To bed, to the park, to dinner. That's when I decided to buy a second Nessa. The first would get so dirty, but my girl didn't want to let her go. So, I would quickly slip in the new Nessa so the other could be washed. (Which, by the way, is another bonus. MACHINE WASHABLE!!) also, one day Nessa went to the grandparents house but didn't come home. They didn't know where she was! So, it was time to order another new Nessa. My girl isn't as in need of her Nessa anymore, though they do still play. But, I still think all 3 Nessa's were great investments! (Especially since the two bought on Amazon were way cheaper than buying in store!)

I bought two of the Mooshka dolls for Christmas presents for my sister. These dolls are exquisite. Everything about them is high quality and beautiful. The packaging is adorable; I opened the boxes carefully to preserve them. The packaging can be used as a case for the doll. The dolls are very detailed. The paper dolls and finger puppet are well made and just as detailed as the doll. Be aware the paper dolls are all connected by holding hands. The doll is machine washable, which is a huge bonus. I chose Nessa for her dress covered in trumpets, her cute bag and pink hair. Very, very happy with my purchase.

These little Mooshka Girls Dolls are so cute. Nessa looks ready to go shopping with her purse over her shoulder. They are have names which makes it kinda of a personal thing. Four years and older would be a perfect age. They make very cute gifts and all of them come with paper-dolls of the whole group with their names on the back. Also a little finger puppet of that same dolls is included. They are very well made and a good quality from head to toe. Can't go wrong as a gift they are the right price also.

Bought this as a Christmas gift and it was well received. No complaints and I was pleased to save $5 off of Walmart and targets price. Other than that, it's just a doll. It isn't anything to write home about and I don't understand the appeal but I am not 7 years old so maybe that's why.

My daughter wanted a mooshka doll that sings when you push her hands together. she was somewhat devastated when I gave her this for Christmas because the hands have Velcro but there is no singing. I have returned it. it's a cute doll, price was reasonable and it arrived in a timely manner and well packaged. But, if you want the doll that plays a song, don't get this one.

It looks the same as the dolls on the commercial but this one does not sing. My daughter was disappointed but we cant return it since it came from Santa :(

Did not sing. My understanding was that the doll sang when button in hand pressed. That is why we got it. Still cute..

Great deal on this doll. Mooshka dolls have an old fashioned, classic concept, which is surprising in today's toy market. My daughter loves her little doll and her 1 year old cousin also loves her own "Dasha" doll. They are great for many ages, and adorable. Russian dolls, Russian names... I love it! The paper dolls included in the box are a wonderful touch!

These are great dolls, very cute and soft to the touch. They even have smaller versions for really young kids. The one we bought was great for our two year old.

Great, in perfect condition. Very cute
