I have been using kinesiology tape regularly for over a year, and typically buy a generic store brand. My store has been out, and I needed some quickly for a trip, so I bought a 4-pk of pink tape here.Typically, my taping lasts 5-7 days, with good adhesion and support. My tape arrived on Feb 24th, and today is March 1st. I have now reapplied tape for the 3rd time.After a year of regular use and being shown how to apply it from a physical therapist, I am confident it has been applied correctly. By the end of the day, it will be rolling up on the corners and the edges will be rolling inward.I have yet to wear it for more than about 8hrs.While the support is good when it’s sticking, once the adhesion stops working, the support goes as well.At $5 a roll, using 5 strips at a time when I tape both knees, I have already gone through almost a full roll in under a week.I spend $12-15 on a single roll at the store, and the roll lasts me a month.I will not be purchasing this again. The shop owner asked me for a 5-star review or to keep my review private between the seller and myself. I prefer to know if a product actually works, than to play the “veteran owned, small business owner” card and get people to buy a product that doesn’t work by influencing reviews.Honest reviews mean a lot.

It’s convenient, sticks well to my skin. I travel so I don’t have to always try to find a pair scissors. I have a bad knee so I use it on my knee and I have arthritis in my hands so I use it both places and it’s a godsend. You won’t be disappointed!

I really like this product… I have used other tapes and this one is secure, strong and the quality is top notch. It doesn’t peel off like other cheap quality tapes.I will definitely buy more for friends and myself!

I like everything I buy from Amazon I have no complaints but this one here it’s a miracle worker I had an a problem with my knee probably from playing basketball and being overweight now I have been doing exercises and my knee suddenly started painting me I did some research on this sports tape and decided to purchase this because of the priceWhen I really understood how to put the tape on and place it in the spot that would help the pressure and the pain it has become a game changer Just my opinion tired I love for yourself I don’t think you’ll be terribly disappointing
