I've had various hand surgeries over the years, muscle, nerve, carpal tunnel. Three on one hand and two on another. I've used balls like this after surgery to aid in recovery, keep dexterity and help with range of motion. At .8 ounces each, these are light. Since they are solid and don't give, they're good for strength as well as dexterity. Sponge balls are really easy to grip and use - these take more strength because they are smaller and have a hard surface. I use these daily.

These are exactly as stated, three round acrylic balls. I should have chosen the 38mm because the 32 are a little small for juggling in my adult sized hands, I think. They are pretty but if you are wanting to try these for photography, stick with glass. You can use them but the results won't be as stunning. These are cloudier with more visible albeit minor flaws that won't work well with up close photography as well as glass orbs but are great otherwise. But they are lighter weight and less fragile so they would do in a pinch for travel photography if wanted.

These are great quality, being very clear, perfectly round and no bubbles. But omg they are so tiny. Like a large marble, I just don't find them large enough to do much with. But if you are fine with their size, then I can't find any flaws with them.
