It takes forever to charge and doesn’t heat up even on the maximun heat setting! I couldn’t even straighten one strand, I had to return the item as it didn’t do what it’s supposed to do.

the item did not work with me at all. waste of money please can i refund my money and return the item. they have not communication with me as i have warranty. as i am still chasing them for a replacement. not recommended. however, amazon asked me to contact the company and they have not took any step to solve my problem.

Gekauft weil auch niedrige Hitze möglich (180°C) und die Handhabung ohne Kabel praktisch ist. Macht einen guten Job bei meinem schulterlangen feinen Haar- ich bin in 10 min fertig daher kein Problem mit Akku. Mein Ziel sind Bewegung und Wellen, keine engen Locken, Haare halten und glänzen. Das Gerät ist klein und gut in der Handhabung, passt auch in eine Handtasche wenn man sowas sucht. Man muss etwas aufpassen um nicht versehentlich den Temperatur/Einschaltknopf zu betätigen. Die Platten sind daher auch klein und eher für schmalere Strähnen gedacht. Für meine Zwecke perfekt, für dicke lange Haare kann ich nicht beurteilen.

Great device! Easy to use, just needs to be turned on. It makes the hair shinier and softer and straightens it a little. Good for curly hair. Don’t want to miss it!

Etant malvoyante, j'ai cru que ce fer s'utilisait avec le même principe que les fers à boucler Babylisse de mon enfance (où un système de pince maintient les mèches en place pendant le chauffage/bouclage). Ce n'est pas du tout le cas avec cet appareil et j'ai les cheveux très fins qui m'arrivent aux épaules, le résultat obtenu sur mes cheveux est tout sauf des torsades/boucles. Super déçue de cet achat...
