These vitamin D tablets are surprisingly tasty! They dissolve really well in water, which makes them super easy to take. I actually look forward to my daily dose now. It's so much better than those chalky ones that taste like regret. Definitely a win for my morning routine!

Excellent product . They have really made a difference . Best to put glass in the fridge and then sip/ drink a little every so often through the day to avoid overloading liver and kidneys .
