Extremely disappointing experience. मैंने यह साइकिल 6 जनवरी को अपने बच्चे के लिए ऑर्डर की थी। डिलीवरी के बाद पता चला कि कई ज़रूरी पार्ट्स मिसिंग हैं। यह न सिर्फ़ कंपनी की घोर लापरवाही दिखाता है बल्कि ग्राहक के समय, पैसे और भावनाओं की बिल्कुल कद्र नहीं। बच्चे का पूरा excitement sadness में बदल गया—जिसकी ज़िम्मेदारी सीधे seller और packaging team की है। Quality check नाम की कोई चीज़ यहाँ दिखाई नहीं देती। मैं इस seller को बिल्कुल recommend नहीं करूँगा। अगर आप बच्चों के प्रोडक्ट बेचते हैं तो इतनी गैर-ज़िम्मेदारी अस्वीकार्य है। Expect करता हूँ कि तुरंत full replacement या complete parts भेजे जाएँ, वरना यह experience पूरी तरह unacceptable है।This seller should not be allowed to sell kids’ products without proper quality control.

Frame build quality is best but pandals, Rim quality, Gattu of pandals not upto the mark, which is going hard to do pandals, pandals are broken on first day, tyre size is extra broad which attaching to mudguard & making noise.

I have checked all local shops in Thane City but this cycle is much better than all those brands in its build quality and price.. I didn't find leader cycle in any shop of Thane City. Only thing is you need to purchase support wheels and Bell seperately which comes in 500 rupees. But even though price of this cycle is lesser than local shops Thanks Amazon and leader cycle. This cycle is having metallic break lever which is good and strong all other brands have plastic. Only few top models in Tata stryder gets metal break lever. This cycle comes with checklist of quality department, goqii app offer, warranty registration. Handle of this cycle is also fully adjustable in other brands like hero only top costly models have handle bar adjustment means you can adjust handles height but you'll not be able to rotate it but here you can do that with the help of screw. It's really have good build quality but it will be better if it comes with Bell as freebies. Hope leader cycle don't compromise on build quality in future. Thanks Amazon and Leader cycle.

I have received a cycle it looks good and delivered after 7 days approx. But it was not tested before delivery. 1. Tools was missing from the box 2. One of the screw in hand brake handle was malfunction. I had to fix it from outside. 3. First wheel is not proper align. That also have to fix from outside. I could return this based on these factor but it was a gift for my son and I can't delay now. And if I get all these fix there could be few bugs that I have to pay extra. Overall cycle is good but service from seller is not upto the mark.

Very bad quality. Tyre rims are very weak both rims shapes are changed. Chain also very bad quality.Both tyre cover came out.

Overall below average quality, the valve type not available anywhere, material is average
