Yes, these actually do more than just operate as a good cover to keep your clip cord sanitary.If you use a coil machine, you must recognize these. They slip over the length of the clip cord, keeping it hygienic, along with the rest of your workspace. But there is more it can do.This can be used by those who have chosen to work with a tattoo pen, rather than the traditional coil machine. You can use it in place of a pen cover, which is essentially the same item, just much shorter (these are about 32" long, while the pen covers are about 10" long). It saves money.Of course that is for using on a tattoo pen with a battery pack, and in such a case you can cut the tube to length (these are flattened, hollow tubes), and slip it over the pen and battery. Or... you can just pull it to rip it. Easy.But it can also be used to cover an RCA cord that powers a tattoo pen running off A/C power, rather than a battery. It's essentially the pen version of a clip cord.Another use is to wrap most ink bottles. Obviously this won't work on larger bottles, but if you have smaller, or even medium sized bottles it will work. I think it's a bit awkward to work with, but I've seen people do it.This is a good value for all of these long (32") cord covers. You can probably think of even more uses.

Quality for cheap. More durable than I expected.

I appreciate how the product comes sealed to protect the clip cord covers from germs. I will be using these to maintain and be on top of not spreading blood borne pathogens while tattooing along with the expected and necessary procedures to follow alongside using these. You can tell there was some thought behind the printing on the packaging. I recommend these for other artists.
