There are good quality and they give a good quick view of exercises as well as anatomy and bones. When I got them I unrolled them and rolled them up in the opposite direction than when they arrived. They stayed like this a few days and now they are able to lay flat or hang up if I want to hang them for reference.

Finally found what I have been looking for, for my home gym/office. I do wish the muscle traget visuals were a little more enlarged or better contrast, still great product. Followed the advice for “quicker straightening”, 100% worth it. Almost thought I had received a double of one sheet, before realizing they were double sided. Quality is flawless. Stacked 2x2 on top of each other takes up about 4 ft w x6 ft t.

Purchased these to provide workout examples for our teen boys and myself included. Perfect edition to our home gym. Nicely laminated and the basic hangers make it a quick and easy set up.

These are excellent high quality laminated posters. The detail on the muscle poster is pretty good, though the cutaway could have provided more detail of the erector spinae muscle which is important to people working to develop their upper body strength. Key point - they posters are double sided, so you may have to compromise on how you hang the poster. For instance, the bar bell and dumbbell poster have the dumbbell and bar bell on the back respectively, so that's easy. But the body-weight exercise and kettlebell exercises are on the same poster, so if you're into kettlebells, you can't be into body weight exercise and vice versa. The anatomical muscle and skeletal chart are on the same poster, so you have to choose there as well. But, honestly, at this price if any of this is an issue, just order a second set. Totally worth it.

They're a great addition to our weight room. My son lifts heavy metal and is sculpting right now. Muscle groups are huge for him to get cut. These help alot.

Was surprised with the quality and size of the posters they were perfect clear pictures great size and love the laminate look you don’t need to frame them unless u want to. Also glad they r double sided duplicates with the exception of the muscular/skeletal. Excellent deal for the price
