I found I didn’t have enough light when doing my Cricut projects. This lamp caught my eye. Slim, adjustable and it turns on and brightens with the touch of my hand. I can adjust where I want the light to shine. I am very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this product. Thank you for a great product

I needed an additional light to focus on my spread sheet work. I liked the price point of this light plus it seems like there are mostly positive reviews. My experience is that yes, the light is good for a reading lamp, has a sturdy, all-metal base and shaft, but has some minor limitations. 1. The light has to be positioned relatively close to what you want to illuminate (approx. 2-3 ft), otherwise the light will just diffuse into a weak glow (even on high)....ok in my situation but note this is not a light to illuminate a room or other wide area; i.e. It's a READING LIGHT. The light works well on medium or high settings to illuminate my work from 2 feet away.2. The light will not turn on using Alexa type plugs so voice control "on" is not possible. Voice control "off" however works as it should with an Alexa plug. It seems because the light is ultimately DC powered, whatever charge is stored in it's AC/DC converter dissipates after a few minutes of Alexa plug being powered down, and makes the lamp unresponsive to the 'power up' command of the Alexa plug. You must command the Alexa plug to power on, and then touch the light's control button to illuminate....again only a minor inconvenience with my situation since I have positioned and flexed the light head about 24" from my arm chair. PS just to be clear, this light does not come with voice control or any built-in Alexa capabilities. My experience is with an Alexa plug I purchased separately.Of course YMMV, but overall a very good and sturdy light for the money.

This "halo" lamp is our new reading lamp. We recently downsized to a new home and found that much of our furniture was just too bulky and that included my husbands living room side table with a large lamp. Looking for a scaled down version to provide a reading environment after I removed the bulky table I came upon this one. Did the trick. Easy to assembly, has a long cord and the controls are very convenient. This lamp also looks great next to our black leather chair. Would buy again and strongly recommend this light.

This was super easy to assemble, very strong, modern and has a cool way to turn on the light.

I had read many of the reviews before purchasing and all of them seemed happy with the light and said that the assembly was easy. I received mine, and what it comes in is 3 sections of pole, all threaded with a wire going from top to bottom. the wire just would not thread through the bottom section of the pole. After several attempts, I called Amazon to tell them that there was something wrong and the lamp will not go together. It was surprising after reading the reviews that said it was fast and easy to assemble. I told the person at Amazon that I would like it replaced. Amazon did not require me to send it back, but sent out another and it was here in 2 days. The replacement did go together super easy, and I am very happy with how bright the lamp is and the fact that it does not get hot after being on for 12-14 hours. It has 3 levels of brightness and I leave it on the brightest level, and use it for 12-14 hours each night. I would definitely buy again, and am very happy with Amazon's response to my report of the first lamp not going together.
