Defect - not working
I ordered two, and I love the design. Unfortunately one of the fans is not working after installation by a professional company. I hope I was just unlucky, and other buyers won’t have this issue. Amazon and DesertCartUAE won’t help, so I love to hear back from the manufacturer.

Fan light not working and Amazon not delivering on A to Z Guarantee
Fan worked fine for a while, them the light decided to not work anymore (it's so dimmed it's useless). I tried to contact the manufacturer, as per Amazon recommendation, no answer, so I then turned to Amazon for help.So far I sent countless emails to customer service, and my last call with them was 1 hour long (they kept on putting me on hold). On 21st September customer service manager from Amazon called Simone said she would initiate the Amazon A to Z guarantee, and confirmed by email she would call me back exactly 1 week later to update me, which she didn't.I send 2 other emails since with no answer. It seems Amazon is doing everything to avoid delivering on this a to z guarantee promise, which is very disappointing. I'm not sure what to do at this point really, apart from going back and forth with customer service with no resolution provided.
