Useless. As in it could not be used.
I do not know who is responsible for designing this, but they need a slap.The first issue I ran into is that it is too large to use on any of the pugs in our kitchen, as they all have a wall unit above, so this would not fit. Problem 2: It will not fit on a regular plug. Since it would not go in the kitchen, I took it to the hallway, no units above the plugs in there, but it's design is so crap, it would not work. The 3 prongs are flush as the base with the whole unit, so it sits flat against the socket face (all the correct technical words, I assure you) meaning it can not be fully plugged in as it is blocked by the plug switch. So unless you have a plug that is permanently on, with no switch (which I am not sure is legal) or you have it sicking out from the wall on an extension, you can NOT use it.So poorly designed I feel the need to find the person and demo this crap contraption to them.

Simple but very effective
I am so impressed with how effective this has been! Was having issues with an indoor plant being infested with flies in the soil!I had tried other solutions that all failed. I plugged this in and by the end of the week all the flies had got stuck and died!I leave it switched on all day to catch any rogue flies that come from outsideCan’t recommend this enough

Good BUT lamp doesn’t last!
I bought two of these originally and they lasted for about 8 months and stopped working-Amazon refunded no probs. Bought another two and one failed again last week - bought a replacement lamp from Amazon (4 for £7.99) and now working again. Great product when it’s working and works well BUT lamp life is not great.

Defective (twice)
Bought it, worked for a bit (though as others have said, it's extremely annoying that you need an extension in order to plug it in), then died after 2-3 days. Sent it back, bought another one, doesn't work at all!

Complete waste of money only started using the last month and it only lasted three weeks
I purchased two of these Miady indoor insect sticky trap, UVC fly killer light, Non-Zapper traponly just starting using it last month and they both stopped working after three weeksvery disappointing, unfortunately i purchased these in March 2022.When they worked they were good, but unfortunately there life span is rubbish i would not buy these again.I just wasted my money.

Did the job
Really easy to install and use, just plugged it in and the fly problem was solved almost overnight

Terrible quality. Don't buy!
We bought 3, one stopped working within hours and was returned. The others stopped working just after the very short return window closed. Would not recommend and definitely will not be purchasing again!

It works
We moved to the Countryside last year and get so many flies. I've tried allsorts of plug ins and this is by far the best
