Great for aches and pains in the neck or shoulders, the fabric feels good against the skin - highly recommended!

The heating pad works great and is easy to use. I did not notice any odor after heating the shoulder wrap as some people have mentioned. Nice not having to be tied to an electrical cord.

Love this SunnyBay Microwave Heating Pad. I am replacing it with one I had for many years that held up well. I like the fact that there is cotton on one side and soft on the other side. Highly recommend this.

I loved this at first. After infrequent use I noticed the inside seeds coming out and leaving seeds on my bed or anywhere you use it. The stitched seams seem to widen and stretch to open up to release the seeds. This needs to be made with a different material. This says that it had a cotton cover, I do not believe it. I use a lot of cotton and this does not feel like cotton. A real tight woven cotton I believe would have stood up to holding the stitching better than this soft material. Revise: The verdict is out if this second one will hold up. The company sent me a replacement in hopes that the new stitching will last. I really like he size and feel of this product so I hope it lasts! Good costumer service. Will update in a few months.
