Is it stable? I am worried that my dog hits this bracket

It’s heavy and solid but the knock over would depend on how big your dog is. I think that your dog would have to be large and slam right into it for there to be a problem.

Will sun/rain ruin this if I leave it outdoors?

I have not used it outside. Nonetheless, anything that is not meant for outside that is left outside will eventually get ruined.

Does the outside of this sweat or have condensation after being out for awhile?

It does, but it’s still an amazing piece.

I don't see any manufacturer's labels on the stand or bucket....but from what i remember when the box came i believe it said 'made in China' on the packaging. I hope that helps.
