Great for curly hair! No frizz!

This is my first time trying any product by this brand, Shea Moisture. It was nice to receive the entire set and try the three curly hair products together. These products have a soft coconut beachy scent that's agreeable without being overpowering. I like the pump on the conditioner and wish they would have done the same for the shampoo as it's so convenient. The foam activated pump on the mouse works good as well.I found the shampoo to have a good lather and rinse off well with use. It has a creamy consistency, which I like. I just followed my normal wash day routine by shampooing twice and squeezing out as much water as I could before applying the conditioner. The conditioner is rich and creamy, but I found I needed to use a bit more than my current brand as it didn't have as much adherence as I'm used to. It's rich but light so it won't weigh your curls down. It left my hair feeling very soft and smooth immediately after rinsing, which was impressive. I then towled-dried my hair and applied a couple of pumps of the mousse throughout my damp hair and let it airdry, which is my usual styling method.So here is the deal: I really like how soft my hair felt after it dried. I attribute this to the shampoo and conditioner. However, I just don't think the mousse is ideal for my hair as it didn't do a good enough job of controlling my frizz. I also felt my curls weren't as tight as what I'm used to. I got more of a wave pattern instead of tighter curls. I'm not putting down the mousse; I like how it's not sticky and is a light formula. It all depends on hair type, and my hair needs a gel to get and keep a frizz free curl pattern.I think for the price, Shea Moisture is offering a reasonably priced line of quality hair products for curly haired persons. The shampoo, and especially the conditioner, gave me noticeable softness. I'll continue to use them but forgo the mousse. I'm also thinking that all three products may work better on thicker hair and curls as my hair is thinner and the formula just relaxes it too much.I've taken some photos to give you a closer look at the products and their consistency. I sincerely hope that they, along with my experience, helps you out a bit with deciding what you think is best for your beautiful curls. Thank you!

It is very good for my hair. The only problem is it runs out to fast for that small bottle. I have curly hair and need this type of products.

There is a very strong smell of coconut in all products, so if you like it then it lasts for a while but if you are not a big fan of it, the smell can make you dizzy.The products are very buttery, so when your hair is dry it looks wet, and it feels dirty as all the product stays in your hair.

The bottle was not corked properly and when the product reached me, the mouse was empty and I was told I will not be getting not even a percentage as a refund or a replacement of that bottle..

Absolutely phenomenal for curly hair, can tell amazing results after one use. And the smell, is heavenly. I even got the body wash, body butter and lotion!!! And the shower conditioner lotion!!
