Great product boys!
Excellent piece of my new skincare routine. It takes some trial by fire but I've noticed I'm getting better results when I apply it thicker than just a thin layer to save product. I know it's working because my skin will tingle for a second and then subside. I like leaving it on for 20 minutes but it dries within 10. It's a lot of product in one container. It's easy to apply and I like the smell.

I never thought I would ever use a facial mask...until now.
If you had told a 15 year old Daniel that one day he would be using a face mask then I think that 15 year old me would have just laughed in your face. Oh my, how times change. I initially wasn't sure about Caldera's The Deep when they first announced it. I really like the other three products they've released but I didn't think a face mask was for me. After my initial first week of use, I think I'm ready to change my opinion. Thus far I've used it twice and have been impressed by it. It's a charcoal based face mask designed to cleanse the pores without stripping your face of its natural oil. Upon application, there is a slight zinging sensation. After 20 minutes or so it tightens up as it dries. Once done, simply wash with warm water. The biggest takeaway that I've noticed? Granted I've only used it twice so far but I will say my face feels slightly tighter...but in a good way. Also just cleaner looking in general after using it. Thus far I have been consistently impressed with everything Caldera has released and I'm happy to report that The Deep continues that streak. My only concern? Perhaps the value for money factor. It doesn't seem like you get much in one tub. Maybe enough for 6 applications I would say. Granted, you are only supposed to use once or twice a week so it should last long enough. But considering I got a month and a half from the Clean Slate and a month and a half from The Good...I guess it's maybe on par with those two all things considered. But yeah, as someone who had no interest in face masks whatsoever, The Deep actually manage to convert me into taking an interest. I can't wait to see what's next in the pipeline from Caldera in general.

Overall a great deep mask
Skin feels great afterwards but I’m not sure if this is essential. Can be a food substitute for a peel away mask and doesn’t leave the skin irritated

Soft supple skin for men or women. Beautiful has no gender :)
One of my favorites. Great for a deep clean and refreshed feeling. Leaves your skin feeling soft and supple without over drying. With a simple once or twice a week application you could have the best looking skin around. Definitely worth a try.

Love this mask
I was intrigued by this mask just based on the company's branding and stuff. I'm a sucker for packaging and marketing. Naturally, I was drawn in, and it being a "men's" product, made me all the more interested. I've been using this for a couple of months now. I use it about once a week - typically Sundays. It's a real nice way to end my week and sorta "start fresh on Monday." Skincare is a pretty good habit to create. Anyway, on to the experience. The instructions say to put a thick layer on clean, dry skin and leave for about 20 min. I did that the first couple of times. It dries really nicely without getting all crusty and flaky feeling. It washes off pretty easily as well. However, I did start going a lot thinner after a couple of times - partly to stretch the product a bit and also because it rinses off easier with a thin layer and still feels pretty much exactly the same as with a thick layer. The scent is very nice. It's a pretty soft scent, kinda floral (not like perfumey floral... More like an actual flower) and a little earthy. It does smell pretty masculine while not being overbearing. The texture is pretty thin for a clay mask, so it applies very easily and smoothly. If you exfoliate before using it, you may experience a little tingle sensation when you first apply. This has happened to me only once. When I didn't exfoliate, I didn't experience that tingle. Upon washing the mask off - again, rinses off easily - the skin immediately feels more supple and firmed. My large pores are visibly very much minimized and my skin feels clean and smooth without feeling stripped and dry. I do tend to use this at night, so I follow it up with a serum and moisturizer about 20-30 min after rinsing it off. I would definitely recommend this product if price isn't a factor. It is a little steep, but I do think that going with a thinner coat really can stretch the product out and getting your money's worth.
