I’ve been trying to use this pillow for almost 2 weeks. I will say my neck pain is better so that’s a plus. The bad thing for me is I feel it’s too flat, not enough elevation for me. I put a thin pillow under it and that’s helped me. Also I’m a side sleeper, I think this would be great if your a back sleeper because that’s when it’s most comfy. Sleeping on my side with it is just ok. I do feel it’s well made and I did not notice any fumes coming from it. Unfortunately, it has not ended my quest for a comfortable pillow but I’ll keep using it till I find one. It does help my neck. So, Over all that’s why I gave it 4 stars.

I have used this pillow for a few months before I decided to review it.I had been having a lot of neck pain and poor sleep so decided to give this one a try after reading through tons of reviews.Out of the box it is great, a little firm but really helps you settle in to sleep. I am a side and stomach sleeper so being able to flip the pillow as needed is helpful.The cover comes off and is washable so that is a huge plus.Now that it has been about 6 months of use I can say that it helps but is not the miracle pillow I was hoping for. It seems to have lost some firmness and at times I feel my head going to an odd angle, which is causing some neck pains when sleeping on my side. I can say that if on stomach or back it is very supportive and still great to sleep on. I don’t use it every night because of the side kink issue but it is in my pile of pillows that I do go through throughout the week.

This pillow has given me a new lease on life. I thought I was going to have to have surgery for my neck and shoulders but because of this pillow I have been able to delay the surgery possibly even cancel it. It does take some time to get used to when you first get it however one should become accustomed to it you won't ever want to be without it. I have a adjustable bed so it has come in very handy with sleeping on my side and back while having my back slightly elevated. I like this pillow so much I have even bought it for other people.

I’ve had this for about 4 months and I would like to say it’s not the best it’s not high enough so you feel laying flat

Definitely has good gel softness like a memory foam pad although you don’t get much Next support as you do head support

Im giving them as gifts to anyone who has neck pain. It's 100% gonna work if you have a sore neck in the mornings. But you have to train yourself to sleep on your back. I love a soft messy pillow, this is not that, but it is very comfortable.

Item was everything I expected

This neck pillow saved me from some neck pain..not all.First, this pillow is designed to be used with another pillow below it. It doesn't not have the right neck to bed ratio that a normal pillow would have.The one thing I'm disappointed about this pillow is that it lost it's elasticity within about 3 months. It doesn't hold me up like it did before. $40 down the drain imho. I would look for other a different pillow. Hopefully it is better than this one.
