Its literally the worst purchase of my life, I have learned to not cheap out on monitor arms.

Exelente producto, de gran calidad en sus materiales y quiero resaltar el sistema de sujecion al escritorio es increiblemente practico (cuando no tienes espacio entre la parte trasera del escritorio y la pared) ya tenia otros dos con un sistema mas complicado por el espacio ya mencionado. Y al poder poner mis monitores, a una altura optima para mi, me deja libre todo escritorio Lo recomiendo ampliamenente.

The product is solid overall, but one hinge is noticeably too tight and difficult to turn, requiring me to step on the ground to turn it. I'm trying to unscrew it but the bolt won't work.

Es perfecto para lo que necesitaba. Sujeta un monitor de 26” sin ningún problema. El agarre a la mesa es bastante seguro, no he tenido dificultades para instalarlo.
