Vit.K is an umbrella name for multiple kinds of similar factors that do different jobs. Largely, these come from eating lots of fresh, organic, dark green leafy veggies, & certain fermented foods, like Natto. If you only eat moderate or less veggies, & no fermented foods, you are likely deficient. Different kinds of K do different things, w/ blood clotting, & where & how the body puts mineral deposits. K2 works WITH Vit.D & WITH parathyroid hormone, for instance. With Vit.K2, D absorbs & uses better, allowing better effect from lower doses of D. (Instead of “bulldozing” it in using 10’s of thousands of units to force the body to get some.) Numerous vitamins & minerals work best like that, paired with certain other ones, to get best effects, like: C+bioflavonoids; D + K2/Mk7; zinc+copper; B12+Folate; etc. Research literature states to optimally use: 180 units of K2 per each 1000 units of D3, But supplement makers & Docs are mostly ignorant & fail to give/order that. Nattokinase enzyme is excellent at helping balance that (& does a great job cleaning out arteries, safely, all by itself). ==> Vit. K1, helps most with proper blood clotting. It is only one kind of clotting factor; the body needs a number of kinds of clotting factors to do different types of it. That is the one Docs RXing blood thinner drugs tell patients Not to supplement, if they take blood thinner drugs or foods. But doc’s are largely ignorant of which kind of K, so, they caution against Any kind, failing to consider that without K, the body deteriorates worse! ==> Vit.K2/Mk7, is the kind REQUIRED to help D be absorbed & used. It is REQUIRED to help both D & Parathyroid hormone put minerals into bones & teeth; without K2, the parathyroid hormone & VitD start clogging arteries, depositing mineral lumps in soft tissue, or forming bone spurs, for instance. So, Docs being largely ignorant of that, can make cardiovascular ills worse, sooner than later. Additionally: D2 is a cheap form of D, derived from ergot (a hallucinogen, but also an anti migraine drug), which many are sensitive to. D3 is a gentler, better-absorbed version, with no known sensitivities. An excellent & balanced source of minerals is kelp, added into foods daily. There are different kinds of seaweeds, with different flavors & textures; some have specifically better nutrient profiles for cardiovascular help, like some of the brown seaweeds. Seaweeds/kelps have been & still are “survival” foods, used for many thousands of years.

Duo = two; what “fairy dust” does “Ack” mean? Why make up magic word to baffle buyers?

It's a trade mark name meant to distinguish it from the competition. It is as you say "fairy dust" to make you believe it is special. My D levels improved using this so fairy dust or not I am happy with it.

If it has coconut oil, why do they add water to dilute the formula?

Hi I believe this is a very good product, I take it regularly. It contains 5k of vitamin D3, Mk7 and coconut oil, and has been 3rd party tested!!? So what are you worried about? How can it be diluted, if the ingredients are listed, and it's been 3rd party tested..

Work great and I can tell difference

I have a history of vitamin B and D deficiency. Thankfully I can take Vitamin D orally and not have a shot like I do for the B. With that being said I really notice when a product doesn't work. I switched to Naturebell when mine dropped really low and I saw the 50,000 iu strength. I took it once a week and it really pulled my Vitamin D back up. This was measured on labs by my physician. Since then I have used the 5,000 iu daily and my levels are at normal.

Definitely great immune booster

I love it! Feels like it has helped my mood, energy and immune system! I have been around several sick people feeling like I would be the next one to come down with the flu's that are going around. But I have yet to come down with any!! Crossing my fingers it continues!

I like that this includes coconut oil with no nasty additives, easy to swallow small capsules ... this brand is new to me so I'll update in March when I'm due for blood tests, hopefully my levels will be high ... EDIT - My Dr says my D levels are now too high (200) and to change dose so I'll take every other day and adjust again after next test, if necessary best value for quality that I can find and I'm buying another lot
