Despite the pictures showing weight in pounds, the scale ships set to kilograms. Not a big deal, right? Wrong! In order to change units you must download the "Fitdays" app. The app has a "guest" mode but you cannot connect to the scale without registering. The app is full of grammatical errors and glitches. For this price point it's unacceptable.The hardware feels high quality, thick glass on the top and bottom give it some nice heft. The scale works well on carpet and produces results within 1kg when I tested on hard flooring vs. carpet which is nice. The display is large and easy to read.It would be a 5 star product if it came with a way to switch weight units without the app, and of course making the app actually work.UPDATE: Even after setting the unit to lb in the app, it reverts to kg after a few days. The app must then be opened to reset it. This makes the scale largely unusable for other members of the household who don't have their own account on the app.

I purchased a similar product but it doesn't work after three months and then I purchased this one. I am really satisfied! This smart scale can get the weight, BMI, Body fat, Muscle rate, Body water. etc.., and also this can track those Data and show a tread chart. It is really excellent to me as I started to do exercise recently, try to get healthier and lose weight. When you install the App Fitdays, please accept all the authorizations. I disallowed some authorizations by accident and couldn't pair the Bluetooth. After I reached out to the customer service, they provide me feedback very fast and they told me to reinstall the App and accept all the authorizations. Then it works!!! Very great product and will definitely recommend to friends!

I love this scale. It is helping me stay on a healthy diet by keeping track of my progress. I am down 22 pounds of the 35 pounds so far.
