Received package a day ahead of schedule. Box in great condition. Only part is I had to sign for it. If it was shipped in a regular box and not the product showing I may not have to be home to sign for it. Or is was the 2500 price tag! Product works awesome the Bluetooth feature is cool! Purchased pro-press because i could not find one to rent. I am sure I will be using it in the future! Great tool quality is what was expected from spending 2500$. No problems with 1 1/4 in copper... pressed just as easy as 1/2 in
