The Good Sister: The gripping domestic page-turner perfect for fans of Liane Moriarty

Who is The Good Sister?
This was my first Sally Hepworth novel and I really enjoyed it. The characters were some of the best I've read, with the twins at the centre of the story - Fern and Rose - juxtaposed for maximum effect. There were definite 'Gone Girl' vibes about this one, with half of the novel narrated directly by Fern and the other half via Rose's diary. Everything you think you know in the first half begins to unravel in the second, at the perfect pace - slow enough that it feels insidious, but never so slow that it gets boring.I found The Good Sister to be insightful, clever, dark and delicious. It's very easy to read and I flew through it much faster than I expected. I've only awarded four stars because it didn't make me fly back to Amazon to buy another Sally Hepworth book, simply because of personal taste - but it was very good.

my book club and I loved this book!
what a cleverly written book. My book club and all found once we picked up this book, we couldn't put it down. It is a fantastic read - with somethings becoming clearer sooner to some readers than others! Well worth every single penny. I suggest you read it at the same time as someone else then sit down to discuss the book afterwards. Well worth doing.

Hooked
This is the first book I’ve read by Sally Hepworth and I thoroughly enjoyed it. So easy to read, gripping, with believable characters and yet such a simple storyline. I will be ordering more of her books.
