These wear out fast.
I want to start by saying that I am new to choosing sandpaper for different tasks. I bought this for work to clean weld spots in tough spots. I have the milwaukee m12 adjustable belt sander and these fit perfectly. However they wear out incredibly fast. This could be due to my inexperience, or the product so I still gave it 5 stars. This belt and sander combo will chew through metal at a cost.the bright color of the belt does make it nice and easy to see through the sparks flying to the ceiling.

There is no better
Over the past few years I find myself only using 3M Cubitron abrasives. When I do the math it saves me money and time. Paying 1.5-2.5x the price for something that cuts better, faster, and lasts 10x as long is a no-brainer. I love Cubitron in every form.

Lasts FAR longer than the belts you'll get for cheaper.
Have to admit, I've given this belt a hot supper a few times, it's totally come back for seconds. Outlasts all the others I've tried and puts the cheap ones to shame. Totally worth it!

Honestly don’t see the hype
I have been comparing different band file belts restoring my 79 F-150. There is tons of rust I have welded patch panels and they honestly don’t last very long at all. I’d buy quantity over these. You’re paying for the 3M name

These are amazing for my belt sander. So far they're they best I've tired, with the Makita ones being second.

Don't last very long maybe 4-5 spot welds

I was nervous seeing cracks in the belts and sure enough the grit just couldn't hold on.. Ground down one small weld before it wouldn't cut anymore.. this $6 belt cut for all of 10 seconds before all the grit was dust in the air
