Kablo Glass Water Bottle 32 oz with Flip Cap, 100% Borosilicate

Really nice bottle. Easy to clean. Eye-pleasing. I like the way it uses space, being a large capacity water bottle. Knowing that glass is preferred to plastic for optimal health, I am very pleased to find a glass bottle I enjoy using. I bought the Blue ELF Neoprene Water Bottle Sleeve Bag to go with it, since I read that another reviewer found it helpful. That review was very useful! It is a good idea to buy the sleeve. It makes me feel that the bottle is protected. The sleeve is shorter than the bottle, but this is not a problem for my needs, and gives me more confidence in bringing the bottle with me wherever I go.

Great bottle. No weird taste anymore, only what I put into the bottle. Now can keep water in thr fridge without any unwanted flavors being added by the old plastic or aluminum bottles

The top lip broke when putting on the lid. The lid can easily be opened in a bag and spill water. Do not buy.

This is a nice looking water bottle. However, two major issues for me: -The drinking hole when you flip the cap is TINY. If you use this for sports and actually have to rehydrate or take a big gulp, forget it. You'll have to unscrew the whole top to get any significant water volume. You cannot gulp water with this water bottle. So not great for sports at all when you have to rehydrate quickly during a timeout/break. -The flip down cap is designed in a way that it can be relatively easily popped open. Twice I've put this water bottle in a duffle bag on the way to a sports match and being jostled around in my bag has caused the lid to pop open and SOAK my equipment. What would be GREAT is if Kablo would manufacture an alternative cap. The bottle itself is great. The cap is the problem.

The glass bottle is wonderful -- love that it holds 30 ozs. The cap is awkward, though. The hole is smaller than anticipated, and when you flip open latch, it doesn't snap around the rim to stay open. My nose also presses against the open latch while drinking, making it kind of uncomfortable.

Surprisingly strong. I accidentally knocked it off the counter with my elbow, the other night. It was full of water, with lid on, and it landed on the tile floor. The lid came partly unseated and it started leaking water onto the floor. But the glass container did not shatter or even crack. When I put the lid back on, everything worked like it's supposed to. Impressive. I also own the version with a metal cap that you have to screw off each time you want a swig. I like this flip-top version better, though, because I can choose between flipping the spout or unscrewing the cap. The spout does pour very slowly, as some reviewers have noted, and the flip-tab presses into your nose. So I really hope they work on designing a better cap. But the bottle size is amazing, and I'm delighted to have a glass bottle that is so resistant to breakage.

Happy with my purchase, after using one day, adding some specific feedback that I don't recall seeing mentioned in other reviews. Main frustration is that the opening that you drink from is too small for the bottle size, it makes for a slow "tall glass of water"! ;-). I am looking for an extra long straw to alleviate this. Someone mentioned that the bottle is too heavy for a purse or a bag. I agree if you are carrying it filled with water, but most of the weight is the water itself! Think about how heavy a liter of soda or seltzer is, this is a generously sized bottle, so it holds a lot! The best thing I like is that it is easy to see when filling so it won't overflow, and it has a wide enough mouth to allow for ease in adding ice cubes. Others in my office use metal versions of a water bottle with skinny necks, and had complianed about not being able to refill easily. I will recommend, but am hoping the manufacturer will offer a lid that will fit with a larger drinking hole :-)....Please!!!!

I work for a pharmaceutical company that uses Borosilicate glass vials. I thought it would be nice to have a water bottle of the same excellent quality. I researched and found this company (Kablo). I placed my order on their website --combo 32oz and 2oz with protective sleeves. One of the bottles came with the cap cross-threaded and on very tight. I can't image how this could have happened if not intentionally done (probably by a disgruntled employee). Anyway, removing the cap (with some umpf) caused a chip on the lip of the bottle. Okay, I think just send a note and ask for a replacement. Easy enough. Wrong! Three e-mails and two calls later I'm still trying to get a replacement! I will never buy again!
