The savarin food product made by the smaller mold will fit in the savarin food product made by the larger mold. Here's how it works: form the smaller savarin and bake or freeze it so it's solid. Then dispense your batter or cream into the larger mold (not filling it to the top), then place the smaller (solidified) savarin food product in the batter/cream in the larger silicone mold. The smaller savarin will then be covered on all sides (except the bottom) by the larger savarin. Then freeze the inner and outer savarin together. The final finished product will consist of a shell (outer layer) and a core (inner layer).
