So convenient & comfy!

This is just what I was looking for to listen to my night time shows and music. I am quite the night owl and have struggles falling asleep, but don't want to wake up my husband and kids. Earbuds don't work for me and headphones are too bulky and in the way. It also works well for my daughters when they want to listen to a story or song while playing (gives my husband and me some quiet time). Sound quality is better than expected and you can skip songs, control audio and accept calls without taking it off. Fabric is soft and they are quick to charge. So perfect for busy moms.

fails to connect

Can't pair with anything. Android phone (Galaxy Note 10+) only sees it sometimes, never succeeds in pairing. Other Bluetooth devices never even see it as available when it's supposedly in "pairing" mode. Useless.
