Works well and is very silent
We bought this to replace our 16 year old Dyson DC19, which has always made an enormous amount of noise. The Henry works really well, and most importantly it does it silently.

Not the suction I was expecting. Doesn't lift clean on first pass. Had high expectations. Had an Nilfisk for 30 years and it was superb. Had viewed ads in this model and hoped it would be close to my previous cleaner but it is not.
