Item arrived with rusty spots on it, very disappointed

Not even leveled
I bought 3 weeks ago, just opened the box. Return window already closed, and just found out this shelf not even leveled. The frame is in good shape, but inner 2 layers on was kind of leveled, one was uneven. One side a lot higher than the other. Shame I couldn’t even return, I don’t see myself using it when this product looks like this.

It was mentioned that it is self adhesive but it's not.. and now i cannot return it because the courier cannot reach to my place.. this is very unfair business strategy

It’s not white
There is no guide book to show how to put it up! And the colour I ordered was white.. I got a baby blue instead.
