Accessible vegan recipes
I have made many recipes from this book and most of them produce tasty meals using accessible ingredients. The blueberry pie, banana bread and broccoli quesadillas are delicious!Overall, this book is a good introduction to vegan cooking.Note - This book pays tribute to vegan cooking but some of the comments are insulting to vegans ex. How not to be an annoying vegan...

Fabulous recipes
Great recipes - all the ingredients are available everywhere but you will need to google their local name.

Excellent Book
So many vege cookbooks have exotic (expensive) ingredients that you will likely use once. (Unless you make the same recipe more than once.) This book has a lot of yummy looking recipes using common cooking ingredients that you can use over and over in your daily cooking. This is actually the first vegetarian cookbook I have purchased that I am anxious to try the many recipes.
