Very Good Spice
I love this green onion tops spice! I completely quit using regular onions because they upset my stomach. This spice gives great flavor and I don’t miss regular onions!

Has a great onion flavor
It tastes quite good. A little goes a long way. It's a little pricey. But if helps hold my IBS flair ups at bay, it will be worth every penny. I also purchased the garlic scape powder. I haven't had a chance to try it as yet. I will review it when I do.

Expensive but the added flavor due to diet restrictions more than makes up for it. Glad I found this product.

Almost like real onion
Pretty good job of adding the onion and garlic flavor for a low fodmap item. It does help replace the flavor in your recipes.

Tastes great
As someone who uses scallion tops and tries to keep them growing, I can say I'm happy to be rid of them. This product is great to use on most things. I even shake it on top of my pizza before baking. I had no reaction so far and am most grateful that it lacks sodium. My scrambled eggs are flavorful. Salads are happy, although I miss the texture of fresh scallion tops.I've been using the bottle for three weeks now and there is plenty left. Good vlaue.

Easy to use, mix with olive oil
Have been using this form of garlic for over a year now. It does not cause me side effects as natural and delicious garlic. With IBS, ther are lots of challenges on "eat, don't eat".

Messy
I bought three products from Gourmend, garlic scape powder, garlic chive powder, and green onion powder. I’m sure they work fine as they are intended bc they are a Monash approved product. These items are extremely pricey, I understand it’s a small company but for such a high price, they should prioritize quality of packaging. None of my powders were properly sealed. Either seal under the cap or use an airtight lid. The plastic wrap over their metal cap did not do anything. Powder was all over the product.
