We splurged for this sink as part of a kitchen remodel. After looking at most of the options at the big box store, they felt flimsy and too easily scratched. Chose this after reading a compelling a review from contractor indicating he puts these in all his commercial jobs because of the sink's ability to stand up to wear and tear. So far so good. The only thing I will say is that we paid extra for the "perfect drain" assembly, which was mostly unnecessary since we have a garbage disposable.

The sink did not come with any strainer or cover for the drain. You can look down into the disposal and when you turn it on, the food and water splashes up into the sink. It is pretty disgusting. I guess I will try and find some kind of drain cover at the hardware store. It would seem like an integral part of the sink, or it should be clearer when you purchase it if there are other parts needed. Directions for the installation of an InSinkErator disposer came with the sink. That is what I already had so we did have a compatible disposer.

I had this sink and the matching grid installed when I updated my kitchen and it is perfect. Looks beautiful, easy to clean, and the grid adds extra drying space while protecting the bottom of the sink.

I love this sink! Roomy, sleek and wonderful drain design, easier to clean.

Nice looking and seamless drain which my plumber has 25 years experience was impressed. I recommend buying a sink liner, it will scratch without one.
