I take three a day split evenly to get my daily dose of magnesium. It would have been even better if they included active form of B6 in the tablet to help absorption. The Taurine helps with Gaba and Cardio vascular benefits.

I have used this brand nightly now for at least 2 years, to help with sleep and other benefits from magnesium. No cramping or diarrhea like some other brands, easy to tolerate!

This works well for an essential amino acid, ( might be nonessential??). Helps with creating a state of insulin sensitivity so the insulin and other meds work better allowing me to decrease the amounts I take. Helps to improve heart health by helping with blood pressure issues ( used to augment my HBP meds) also energy boost without jittery feeling. Noticing sleep improving a little. Been taking this for 1.5 months, and noticing the effects are getting stronger albeit steady which is alright with me. For now, O think this is a solid brand. In finding this supplement, I conducted lots of research to find companies either make this with crappy stuff or daily dosages are high or amount sold in one bottle doe not offer a 30 day supply. So be careful when choosing ANY supplement! I purchased the 250 count bottle worth 83 servings. Not sure if lower count bottles from this company provide at least a 30day supply though.
