These are the best chocolates I’ve ever had and the price here is hard to beat. Wish it was in stock more often :(

A lot of the truffles were unfortunately crushed and liquid centers solidified, even though Amazon packaging was fully intact. They must have been packed already in poor condition. Luckily it’s only about 3 of 6 bags, but also unable to get a replacement or any resolution.

Arrived on time. My complaint is that the chocolate feels VERY soft!! No ice packs in the box!! I live in Florida. I ordered these before from a different company and they used ice packs so I thought this company would do the same. THey will probably taste okay but will be messy to eat!! I put them in the fridge. I won't order chocolate from them again. Live and learn!! I immediately put the bags in the refrigerator. I tried to eat a couple of them today and they are a mess!! Chocolate all over the wrappers and the chocolate doesn't taste as good as usual!! I'm changing my stars to one! And that's being generous! Don't order chocolate from this seller!!

I received this order on Sunday, November 9th. The candy had partially melted. I am not happy about it and would advise others not to order chocolate through the mail. No message was sent to me when the order was placed in the delivery box. That usually happens after a delivery. I had received a message a few days ago that there would be no fees for delivery on this item because of all the delays. but according to the computer this is not true. L. Painter
