I normally don't write reviews. This is the best peeler we ever had. I can compare this to using power tools. Does an excellent job in minimum amount of time. As strong as it feels looks like I'll use it for a long time.

Very sharp! Works great and feels more ergonomic than the traditional peeler.

The first thing I peeled was ginger root and this baby breezed through it so safety and thoroughly. After a few strokes I had to stop and look at the blade because it was performing the job so effortlessly. I have arthritis in my right hand but using this peeler was painless and it actually felt like a high end chef’s peeler. I would buy a million of these. I feel guilty for paying such a low price for such a professional tool. 👍🏼thumbs up

Good handle and easily doing its job

I love the weight of this and easy balance in your hand. Feels like a professionals tool. Very sharp, sturdy and shaves small, irregular bumps off of carrots and potatoes giving a nice smooth (slightly grooved) surface. Has a natural curve to the tool, feels good in your hand.It is an an aggressive peeler and without meaning to, I sometimes take away more of the contents than I'd prefer. I think I will be able to adjust that with learning how to vary the pressure. I have not tried it on fruit but but bet it will be great for apples. I like the wide peel it is able to create. It easily fits my hand and my husband's hand. It rinses clean very easily under a stream of water and no signs of rust. I'd buy it again or even give it as a gift to someone who enjoys being in the kitchen.

Bought this specifically to peel lemons to make limoncello and it made the job so easy! Very thin layers with no pith attached. Perfect peeler for what I needed!

I bought this to replace an old one that had a black plastic handle as I am getting rid of plastic in my kitchen. I am so impressed at how sharp this one is! Solid feel to the hand and easy to clean. Very pleased and highly recommend!
