The first time I made the pancake batter it was TOO THICK. I realized the batter needed to POUR! The second time I mixed 1 cup AP flour, 1 cup whole milk, 1 egg, 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. The consistency was PERFECT! I cooked them over medium/low heat on a gas stove with NO COOKING SPRAY! They came out great!! The only negative was that the color was a little blotchy (no big deal though). Try this recipe… GOOD LUCK!!

Honestly so surprised by the quality. I suck at making pancakes, too big, too small, overcooked. This thing is perfect for people who hate making pancakes or using a big pan/grill. Absolutely recommend! It has motivated me to want to make them and cooks them perfectly.

I bought this to make pancakes for my 3-yr-old grandson who is obsessed with cars & trucks. The first few times I used it, I was disappointed but then tried new techniques to make it work. The batter must be thin & poured all at once into each spot. Otherwise you get too much interference over the pictures of the vehicles. Flipping was accomplished by using a silicone (cake-mixing) spatula & tilting the pan 45° to ease them off & gently flip. The worst feature is that the imprints aren't very deep into the pancake so can be difficult to see, but it's still kinda cute!

cleans easy, cooks well. used on gas stove.Expected needed thicker for heat distribution, but works fine on my stove.Recommend keeping plastic bag so does not get scratched.Use plastic spatula to avoid scratches.happy
