It's Tuck Tape. If you bought it, then you know why. If you are looking for packing tape DONT BUY THIS! It is too expensive for normal tape and is meant for work with epoxy resin...which is why it is so expensive. That said, I have recently tried "Duct" tape, and it seems to work just as well.

I was impressed by its performance, the seal was perfect, strong bond and easy tear.

This stuff is not cheap, but none of the tapes for this sort of job are. However, it does a fantastic job of sealing the overlap between sheets of membrane on the exterior of your build, but is also great for sealing vapour barrier on the internals of walls. I used three rolls of this tape when building a shepherds hut and am confident that neither the external membrane or internal vapour barrier have been compromised. If I was building another structure I would have no hesitation in using it again.

I LOVE Tuck tape. Asked for it in a local big box store and the associate had no idea what I was talking about. I had run out, so bought a substitute there. Terrible! Poor adhesion. Tuck tape may cost a few dollars more but believe me, you will be happy with the time it saves you as well as it's superb adhesion quality.
