take apart dinosaurs
GLARING ERRORS-the dinosaur building toy is advertised as being from ages 3 - 7, however when you read the description it states ages 6 plus. -the box has mixed up the names of the dinosaurs. This was actually noticed by my 3 year old granddaughter who insists of having all the writing on any box or instruction read to her and when I was reading the dinosaur descriptions to her she immediately told me they’d got it wrong. She is a massive dinosaur fan.THE DINOSAURSEach dinosaur is wrapped individually in a plastic bag and we worked our way making one dinosaur before another. My 3 year old granddaughter was able to screw the screws in herself and was also able to use the drill independently. We did find it easier if I held the pieces together whilst she screwed or drilled them together. This is a great toy thats good value for money.I have deducted a star due to the errors pointed out above and also because batteries aren't included (this is a real niggle for me)Highly recommended

Fun confidence building dinosaur set.
Our kids loved putting these dinosaurs together. There is a choice of screwdrivers to use. A hand screwdriver and a low speed battery powered screwdriver. The plastic pieces are robust. The completed models are pleasing to the eye and are fun to play with. The instructions included are easy to follow. This is not just an enjoyable toy set, but it also gives children the confidence to want to build more things. Very good value for money.

Good value, identifiable to my ~2yr old.
These have become a staple toy in our house, since I ordered them. My Son is a dinosaur nut. A total obsession currently, despite only being 2.5 years old. He can name T-Rex, Stegosaurus. Triceratops, Raptors, Brachiosaurus and Spinosaurus by sight, and so it was an obvious choice to order these as it comes with four of those. He likes to use his play tools too, not that he can do so without help, but he enjoys trying with assistance. These are far too complicated for him to put together, and so it largely involved me putting the parts together, and then getting him to use the supplied drill/screwdriver to bond them together. This is a fun and engaging activity for children. The models are recognisable, yet fun. Not scary like some (though he seems to love the scary models too!) I'd have liked to see a little more colour variation. The T-REX, Spinosaurus and Triceratops are all a very similar palette, would have been nice for some more variety.I've had these for over a month now, and he still uses them daily, so I cannot ask for more than that.Even the drill is pretty good. We recently got a branded toy one that was pretty poor quality and the drill bits fall straight out. This holds them well, and works perfectly, yet is included with the price. There are a couple of criticisms though, which is why I held off a star. Firstly, the manufacturer has put the wrong dinosaur next to names on the packaging (see image). It is absolutely beyond me how this gets through quality control, but it's really unhelpful for children who can read trying to learn the name vs image association. My other issue is that the screws seem to 'shake' loose with play. This means that you need to keep tightening them back up, they're small and certainly a choking hazard and so I worry my Son could get hold of one. Thankfully he doesn't generally do this, but it's a worry and worth mentioning in-case your children do have a tendency to put choking hazards into their mouths.Overall I think the price for this is actually very good value. Whilst these aren't 'solid' premium items, they're sturdy enough to stand up to pretty rough play. They look good and they come with all the tools needed for assembly. I would be very happy to pay this amount for a toy of this quality. But please, PLEASE sort out the typo on the packaging. It's unbelievable that they haven't noticed yet!

Four popular dinosaurs to build in this attractively presented kit
Considering the price (£11.99 at time of this Amazon Vine review), I was expecting that this take apart dinosaur set would arrive in an attractive box or packaging suitable for gifting. And it does!Inside the cardboard box, there are basic set of picture instructions. Also inside the box, there are four put together and take apart dinosaurs (in pieces) in individual clear (resealable) bags and an electric drill with two different drill heads (batteries required, not included, and you'll need a small tool to open and close the battery compartment); there is also a manual screwdriver base you can slot the drill heads into. I would have preferred a solid plastic screwdriver with each dinosaur as well as the electric drill. The four dinosaurs are a T-Rex, Spinosaurus, Triceratops and Brachiosaurus. Each dinosaur is put together with the supplied screws, which are tightened using the electric drill and one of the drill heads or the plastic screwdriver. The idea is that you can put together the dinosaurs, play with them and then take them apart to reassemble at a later date.I assembled the Triceratops and noticed it came with a few push-in bolts as well as screws. After I constructed the dinosaur, which is not that straightforward so probably most suitable for a child of 6 years plus (adult supervision probably required for a younger child), I tried to take it apart again and found the bolts were not easy to remove so this is likely to be challenging for most children too. Also worth noting is that the Triceratops has two very small horns (removable) which would be a definite choking hazard for a small child. The Triceratops is a good size, made from sturdy plastic and is attractive when built. It also has a very limited amount of movement.I think this is a reasonably good value set as I fairly recently bought a single take apart dinosaur for about £3 (no electric drill) and these three dinosaurs look as if it is a similar size. This is also a nice selection of sturdy looking plastic dinosaurs containing some of the most popular ones, and you could split up the set to up to two children; one having one drill bit and the electric drill, and the other having the plastic manual screwdriver and the other drill bit. I am pleased with this product and I am happy to recommend.

Great for Dino lovers
This dinosaur toy set is great for any Dino lover. The plastic seems good quality and can take a 2 year old playing with them just fine. They are currently priced at £13.99 which i think is a fair price for the quality. They would make for a great gift as they come in well presented packaging. The actual drill and screws part of the toys are great for exercising fine motor skills as well as hand eye coordination and problem solving skills.Overal the toys is of a good quality and I am happy with them.

4 pc set take apart dinosaur.
I received this item from the Amazon Vine Program.I requested this for my son. He has a few take apart dinosaurs and has been collecting it ever since he got his first set.Package Includes:4 X Toy Dinosaurs (Tyrannosaurus Rex, Spinosaurus, Triceratops and Brachiosaurus)1 X Dinosaur Electric Drill (Need 2*AA Batteries, Not Included)2 X Drill Bit1 x Manual ScrewdriverThe set includes 4 take apart dinosaurs. They are made from ABS plastic which is the same material used in Lego. It is safe and non toxic. It is easy to assemble. You can either use the screw driver included or the electric drill. The drill requires 2x AA batteries which are not included in the box. The drill bits are also the same one to be used for the manual screwdriver. So there are 2 kids playing one has to wait for the bit that he needs if it’s used by the other kid. They look well made. No sharp edges and has a smooth finish. The drill operates with no issues. My son likes collecting take apart dinosaurs because he can disassemble them and them assemble them again. The electric drill helps him assemble the toys quicker. It is currently sold at £14.99 at the time of this review. Great toy and a great gift idea to kids. Great value for money.

One of My daughters best toys
This happens to be one of the best toys my daughter has gotten. The dinosaurs are a lovely size and once assembled still move slightly. If you want them built alone then not suitable for under 6 I'd say, but as my 3 and a half year old built them together with her dad they are brilliant for her. She loved the electric screwdriver that's supplied and has attempted to build things "like mummy does" with things ever since! They are suitable for water play, sturdy and great fun. (I have only had to re tighten the screws once). A fantastic idea for any child who likes dinosaurs.I would have taken pictures of her buikding them but unfortunately she built them with her dad and he doesn't think of things like that! 🤦♀️😂We love them and are played with almost daily.

I'm disappointed with this
In the actual title description it states ages 3,4,5 etc but the box clearly states six years old. The grandson who would like it the most is a good bit younger than that. However the older one could put it together for the younger one giving a nice bit of playing together time.It looks as if it is quite sturdy and it's definitely attractive but I've only looked at the pieces and not tried to assemble it.I think it's something different from the normal toys available and I like that. It gives children the opportunity to experience different things and, in my opinion, that encourages them to open their minds to all sorts. One last comment, to the supplier sending these out. Please remember this type of item is often being bought for a present. The address label was just stuck on the box. It couldn't be removed and that wouldn't be great on something being given to someone being given it as a present.

Great fun assembling
The set includes four different dinosaurs. My granddaughter has great fun assembling them by herself. They are easy to create using the drill, mini screwdriver and screws. What's great about this set is that the dinosaurs, once assembled, have moving parts, making it so much more fun to play. Also, you can mix and match the dinosaur parts creating your own creature and giving it a name. Overall, good quality set and comes with decent illustrations to help build each dinosaur. In addition, it teaches my granddaughter the basic use of tools to help her with coordination and imaginative play.
