If you like whey protein you'll love this. I personally blend it with ice and a banana and extra cinnamon and it's awesome !! Reminds me of chai !!

So this is only day 2 of me using this product. I love that it’s altered for just women. The low amount of protein kinda sucks but The low calories is a plus! However, I don’t really feel (when you follow the serving size) that it curves your appetite. Now I’m only on day 5 of my low carb diet.. (I’m trying to cut a little weight) so it’s possible my body hasn’t adjusted to the low carbs yet but I drank this shake at 9:45 and it never really filled me up. By 12 my stomach was growling. The pro to it being so low in calories and protein is I feel like I can double the serving size and still stay within my means. I’m not currently using this as a meal replacement but strictly just protein and recovery for my way home from the gym. The flavor is good, a little too sweet. I cut it with 12oz of almond/cashew milk to give it a creaminess. ***I personally don’t add any fruits or anything to my shakes when I’m cutting weight due to the sugar in fruits nor do I feel like you should even have to add anything. The shake SHOULD BE good the way it is.*** The shake is super smooth. I do use my ninja bullet but I’m sure a shaker bottle would do the job as well. It’s actually the smoothest shake I’ve ever had. I do already like this product but since it’s only day 2, take my review with a grain of salt.**** I will be updating this review in about a month or so after I’ve been able to test this shake out for a longer period of time!

I've been using this a month. It does nothing for weight loss. I've been in a solid exercise routine for the last 3 months, switched to this protein powder a month ago and it's not increased weight loss for me. It does blend perfectly, in fact I was really surprised how well it blends with no chalky, powder or gritty textures. The vanilla chai is good, I think it tastes like a cross between egg nog (flavor) and chai. I like that this doesn't make a thick shake. It's easy to drink and one of the few protein powders I've found which doesn't cause me GI upset (I have GI issues). It does a decent job keeping me full for several hours. I drink this in the morning after exercise and eat healthy whole meals the rest of the day. I like to make it blended with 1/2 banana, a small handful of spinach and milk (almond or 1% cow milk). I have also tried blending with banana, spinach and water which was fine but I do prefer milk. Overall it's a good product to use for getting protein and some healthy greens post workout but isn't a weigh loss solution (only exercise and a healthy diet can do this, there is no magic pill). This does have vitamin B12 so I wouldn't recommend using it in the evening as it may disturb your sleep.

The taste is off to me, i know it’s a protein powder and won’t taste like candy... the first time I tried it with milk and ice only and it was great , I added in bananas and it’s awful... would be good if it came with some easy recipes so we don’t waste any trying to find our perfect go to shake. I have a eating disorder to where I binge out , I’ve tried numerous of meal replacements and nothing worked This right here decreases my hunger by 100 percent i feel full for the first time in a long time, almost like a stomach ache full but without the pain and weakness. I only have one in the morning and to be honest I have to force myself to eat again , Not only do I feel full , but I also don’t crave sweets, there’s a freezer full of ice cream in my house that before would of been gone within the day, I see it every time I get ice out the freezer which is five to six times a day and I don’t want it and I’m 100 percent sure it’s because of this shake. I’m anemic and my tiredness comes from it, with this my energy and will power has increased , I’m now walking two miles a day and not skipping. If you are still hesitant to buy just get the smaller bottle and test it out, like I did.

I chose to get this because I love anything Chai. As my Doctor recently put me on a gluten-free diet, it has been difficult but I was so ecstatic to learn that this was gluten-free. It is very hard for me to eat anything AND keep it down as I'm undergoing treatment and am constantly ill. Food had become my enemy because it was making my pain flare up. (hopefully this gluten-free thing will help) To help keep me positive with endorphins swimming in my head, I have set fitness goals. I currently do Pilates but am also slowly doing some weight training (it's hard when there are days I can't even get out of bed). I'm tiny. Always have been. So am trying to put on some muscle on this tiny frame because I refuse to be weak. I intend to fight back. Hopefully this will help me tone up. I'll def post an update.As for the taste of this protein powder....it's actually not bad at all. I was a bit discouraged by the smell and thought it would taste just like it but it has a very pleasant taste. I don't taste the Chai but I can always add more. I actually have no problem finishing my shakes. I just blend a scoop with plain soymilk and its delicious! I haven't tried it with just water yet.This stuff fills me up; not uncomfortably but enough to keep my stomach happy. And it doesn't make me bloated or nasty.I'm def gonna keep to this stuff and buy more.*UPDATE* this is the first protein mix I've finished. Turned the tub upside down and tapped the last remnants out. Love it with soy milk, coconut milk, or cashew milk. I throw in a banana and it's delicious. I just reordered and got it in the mail today and was kinda shocked though because the tub is big but when I opened it, it was only 70% filled. I got that same feeling when I buy a bag of air and find a few chips. There's this other brand I got from Costco that's organic+vegan. Great taste and offers more for the same price. If I didn't like this flavor so much, I'd ditch it. Oh well.
