I always have these on hand. I like the high fiber as well as the protein. I like the taste better than most protein bars.

I just received my grab 1 fiber bars. I noticed the nutrition label on the box doesn't match the nutrition label on the actual bar. difference in calories and protein.curious to hear from the company to see why that is.i did try one and they taste good.

It’s hard to find a bar that has a high grams of protein and fiber. If you want both this is the bar for you. I will by again.

The box says 15grams of protein and the actual bar package says 10grams of protein. (see photo) Which is it??? lol! Makes me doubt the stated 9 grams of fiber as well. The bar is only about half as thick as the picture on the box with no visible nuts in the chocolate coating. Taste is only so so.....NOT GOING TO BUY THESE AGAIN since I am not sure what I am really getting here. :( Just buy the name brand they are clearly trying to rip off which is Fiber-1. I gave it two stars because it came really quickly otherwise a one-star product at best!

Good flavor and texture not gewy like some bars

Let's face it...anything with 10 grams of fiber is going to have some taste restrictions (ie...cardboard taste). These little guys aren't bad at all though. Good sized bar, pretty tasty and a quick 10 grams of fiber.
