Its an extremely light weight pan and has the risk of easily getting bent. The pan cannot be over heated. However, the non-stick seems good and I was able to make pancakes/crepes and nothing would stick. The cleanup seems easier as well. I gave only 3 stars because the pan i extremely light which i never expected it to be.
