I ordered 2 supplements, Nattokinase and Green tea, and am amazed how quickly they arrived and how inexpensive they were compared to other companies. Very impressed!

It's like anything else that you take for your health. Broccoli is good for you, but if some asks you if you feel better within a week or so, you can honestly say that you can't tell a difference. I also take one teaspoon of cinnamon a day to lower my A1C, and my yearly exam shows that it works. Also, the same with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar a day. The same with nattokinase. I take it because of its healthy effects on me that may not be noticeable, but I'm assured by medical research that it's good for me.

My oncologist/hematologist told me to buy this nattokinase and take 2 at bedtime to detox my spike proteins. The quality is excellent and I have a 60 day supply taking 2 at night on an empty stomach. The value is better than anywhere else I have looked. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. I won't recheck my spike proteins for a year. There is no taste.

Great value

I saw this supplement recommended as a good means of helping with cholesterol and heart health so decided to give it a try. I used this for about a week. Unfortunately it gave me severe heartburn and indigestion. I gave it the week to see if there was another cause, or if my body would adjust, but it didn’t. After I stopped taking the supplements the heartburn subsided immediately.I gave 3 stars since this supplement may work for others, but unfortunately for me, I was not able to continue taking it.
