I ordered these as I make pendants and they require a pinch bail to attach to necklace when I'm not making the bail myself.I purchased these #200 as I found them from suggested. They are small and barely cover a deep set pendant. The metal is far too soft to sustain a grip indefinitely. A good test is to attach and swing the necklace and see if the pendant is s still attached. It wasn't!The density of metal is poor, making them extremely useless to hold a weighted pendant. More suited to a light chain or child's necklace, although even that I'd hesitate to use.I now need to purchase proper ones.If price sounds cheap, usually is poor quality.

I never bought this product before but I have many pieces of costume jewelry and some have pendents with a similar attachment but none are so soft.No need for pliers then.I wish they were a little bit more strong.Still, the application is a solution to attach pendents to cords or threads that are too large to string on. But I'll make good use and maybe buy them again.
